OREGON - Paying for the I-5 BRIDGE Part 2

Senator Steiner that sits on the Ways and Means Committee in the Oregon legislature explains that Governor Kotek has asked that the Ways and Means Committee set aside $1Billion dollars to fund her pet projects.
