Lacatski Claims US Has UFO

Dr. Lacatski who led the AASWAP UFO program claimed that the US has a recovered UFO in a new book, "Inside the US Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations". This claim was approved by DOPSR, the defense department organization that approves publicans for public release.
