Ingredients:

1 large banana(220 g without peel/ 7.7 oz)
1 cup rolled oats(85 g)
bake 13-15 minutes at 180°C/360°F
50 g chocolate(1.76 oz)
1/2 tsp coconut oil
cashew halves
