Latin Violin Fraud Invaders

I've been seeing this couple for two weeks at various big grocery/retail shopping centers playing the same song.

I had a bunch it's a scam so I looked closer today. Yep, he's skipping a note change and not always using vibrato by shaking his playing hand.

I told him I'd give him $5 if he could play without accompaniment and he refused.

I told him we don't take kindly to being lied to here in Little Rock, Arkansas and defrauded in the name of charity when it's your job.
