In this video I take you through an angelic energy healing and I channel love.

There's a lot going on in this session.

We look at blocks to receiving love, there's an energetic cleanse and diamond and Emerald Ray are present with activations.

It's a powerful one!

You may need to take a lie down after listening to allow the energies to integrate.

When you do this, lower density energy such as trapped emotions may come to the surface for you to acknowledge them.

Journaling, dancing, yoga, meditation, listening to music.

What ever you feel drawn to do to help you process them and release this energy.

Taking a bath with epsom salts or showering or swimming in the sea or sitting beside a body of water will also help with this process.

Drinking lots of water to help your body detox also would be beneficial.

Doing what feels best for you!
