Do you know what's the original New York City street food? No, not hot dogs. It's the oyster.

From the native Lenape people to the Gilded Age of the late 1800s, New Yorkers ate oysters up to three times a day. The oyster obsession was so strong here that we basically drove them to extinction. Yikes!

Join us as we try one of the best oyster places in NYC at Flex Mussels in the West Village, which originally started in Prince Edward Island. As for dessert we try another New York classic, their fluffy doughnuts.
