Maine Mass Shooting!

So our Government can find a video of a senator getting groped in a movie theater but can't find this guy with all their camera's, helicopters oh and man power kinda suspicious this guy is still at large and the fact he was able to hit multiple locations and escaping the law. makes me curious to what the FBI is doing?
