Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. A dessert loved by both adults and children. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.

Ingredients:

80 g rolled oats / ~ 1 cup
pinch of salt
20 g almond flour / 3 1/4 US tablespoons.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 g baking powder / 1 teaspoons.
2 eggs
35 g erythritol sweetener/ or sugar / 4 1/2 tablespoons.
15 g melted butter / 1/2 oz
1 medium carrot
1 apple
almond flakes (optional)

18 x 13 cm / 7 x 5 inches baking tray
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
