In Macomb County at least 7,000 people owe at least five-thousand dollars and that's who the prosecutor wants to help get caught up. Anyone who owes more than five-thousand dollars can be charged with a felony and warrants are issued for their arrest. The prosecutor's office will have four days next month, November 2nd, 3rd, 8th, and 9th, when people can stop in and get paid up or get on a payment plan to clear the warrant.
