It has been said that women must be liberated from the tyranny of our husbands and men, in general, therefore women have fought long and hard to separate ourselves from men in some ways, by usurping authority from them, while asserting ourselves as "equals" in other ways, in order to compete with them. While some women are happy to have reached the status of equality and liberation, some take pause and ask themselves, "how far have we truly come in our liberation?"
