Disaster in Alcapolco - A Manufactured Wind Storm being called a Hurricane

On October 24, 2023 at about 6:00 P.M. a terrific wind storm was engineered in Alcapoloco. NO RAIN!! There is no other explaination. Another hurricane without any rain? Exactly the same as Maui. All hurricanes are very wet and very rainy, that is what makes them a hurricane as we learned in 2nd grade. A terrific 200 m.p.h. wind is created, then it disappears.

The people have nothing. It destroyed a lot. The Mexican authorities are not helping. The Dollar Vigalante Independent Media Guy, I can't seem to find his name by the time I posted this, lives there and is married to a local lady.
