Don't leave just because they're too different. Check your heart with God.

The reality is that no two people are the same. We all come from different molds, backgrounds, spectrums, etc. There are bound to be many in your life who have few to no similarities to you. God puts people together for many reasons, seasons, and lifetimes. But if you want to walk away for no other reason than the other person being "too different" from you, then there's an issue within your heart. If this is the case, take it before God so the issue can be dealt with. It has to do with something in your own heart (possibly a wound, unmet expectations, the past, or another reason), not the other person/people. Get to the root so there won't be room for a thorn in your relationships or your own life. It also would release any foothold for the enemy of our souls to interfere. We all know he's after us, especially in covenant relationships.
