Reverting to Free Consults, Promotions, and Staying in My Lane (Sterling Chronicles Sep. 2023)

1 - For the first time in seven years we are back to Free Consults. Why does this make business sense for us? What are the show rates for paid v. free consults? When to never do free consults? When does it make sense?

2 - Our journey to non-lawyer consults has been bumpy. We are still pushing forward with the project.
