After He Suckerpunched Traffic Cop He Turn Himself In When This Video Put Him On BLAST!

A brute snuck up behind an NYPD traffic agent on Staten Island and knocked him out with a punch to the throat, cops said Thursday.

Surveillance video released by cops shows Divon Cochrane, 27, creeping up behind the 50-year-old victim, who was working in the intersection of Heberton St. and Post Ave. in Elm Park, around 2:50 p.m. Wednesday.

 Cochrane jogged into the crosswalk to catch up with the traffic agent then reached back and delivered a devastating left hook to his throat.

The sucker punch dropped the victim, who momentarily lost consciousness, to the ground, cops said.
