How To Upscale MGS3 PC Version to 1080p/4K

There is a mod on the steam forums that allows you to upscale your Metal Gear Solid 3 PC version from the default 720p to 1080p or 4K.

This does not work on MGS2 as of making this video. Hopefully it gets updated soon.
