Wait until you hear my idea to SCARE kids this Halloween but as an added bonus I did buy full size candy bars as payment for that scare.. I can't wait for Halloween this year as ELS 402 (GP38) passes by northbound. I missed ELS 502 and 402 yesterday when out weather was terrible, not sure I could have filmed them if I tried.
