Ingredients for 9 muffins:

100 g oat flakes(gluten free) / ~ 1 cup
250 g yogurt / 1 cup
90 g strawberries / 1/2) cup
pinch of salt
5 g baking powder / 1 teaspoon.
2 g baking soda / 1/2 teaspoon.
40 g erythritol sweetener / 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 ml vegetable oil / 3 tbsp
1 egg
60 g flour / 1/2 cup.

bake 25-27 minutes at 180°C /360°F
vanilla sugar (optional)
