Claire Walsh provides Life Coaching to those who are seeking assistance in their life's path and journey. She is also a practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and other personality assessments. Claire started her journey in personal development when she had an epiphany in her own life, reaching rock bottom and lost. She learned to understand the consequences of suppressed grief, low self-esteem, social conformity and addictions. Claire has walked the talk, taking back control and made new decisions in her own life. Claire has now achieved 8 years of sobriety, countless solo travels, toastmaster certification, walked the 799km trek of the Camino Santiago and now her own coaching business. Claire’s mission in life is to help others find their paths in life and support others in truly becoming their courageous, unapologetic selves.
