Super SIMPLE Virtual Machine Backup

Here's a simple backup solution for virtual machines that doesn't involve compressing the folder into a zip file or copy/pasting the entire folder.

Note: As a bonus, sometimes the final OVA file ends up being significantly smaller than the original VM folder. However, this wasn't the case in our example.
