US Treasuries are Return Free Risk

The United States currency, that most people call money, is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. What credit? They have $151 trillion in debt when you add in Social Security and Medicare. Their total assets are $5 trillion. And they want to eradicate up to 40% of that asset balance by wiping out college loans which is the single largest asset of the US government.
