The four victims, Latvia Washington McGee, Eric Williams, Shaheed Woodward, and Zindell Brown, were ambushed in the white minivan they had been driving in, having a North Carolina license plate.
In the video, the five gunmen could be seen forcing the Americans into their vehicle as other cars zoomed past, seemingly oblivious to what was going on.
