Police Search for Gas Station Robber

Police are investigating an early morning robbery that took place at a Circle K on Sunday. It happened at the gas station located at 3704 Skyline Blvd at approximately 5:47 A.M., the Cape Coral Police Department said. A store employee told police that a man entered the store and pointed something (possibly a gun) wrapped in a black garbage bag demanding money. He then left the store and ran eastbound across Skyline Blvd. He is described as being approximately 5' - 5'5" tall, wearing a black hoodie, black jogging pants with neon stripe, red shoes and white gloves. It is also believed that the male was wearing plaid boxers as they could be seen when the male ran from the store.
