A very good friend of mine recently sent me a video that reminded me of my younger days learning to sail with him in the Boston Harbor. I decided to mix a track that brings back nostalgia of those days.

What makes you reminiscence?

STEPS:
1 - Close your eyes and focus on breath work. Let the sound of the waves and the tranquil string instrument take you temporarily to a place in your mind where you are free from your worries. Let this permeate your being and ooze into your reality.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
