I Went to Kenyan Drone School After Getting in Trouble...

Before flying a drone, there is a lot you need to know. License, registration, flight plan, restricted zone and so much more. I have to say, when I first started to fly drones, I did not do enough research in regard to laws and regulation and GOT IN TROUBLE with the Kenyan Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA)...

After doing the proper research I decided to take the proper steps to fly legally in Kenya. I received two weeks of high quality training at Astra-Aerial in Nairobi where they provide the perfect balance of theory and practical lessons to eventually get your Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) license.

Even if the training is quite expensive, this skill is extremely valuable as a very low number of people are actually qualified. Drones and aerial photography and videography are not going away anytime soon so be upon the first to get your wings.
