Have I finally cracked my trailer horde base design? It's time to find out...

The goal is to live, work, and have my Horde Base in one trailer park, and surprisingly I find one quite quickly, but then it all goes downhill rapidly...

Difficulty: Nomad
Drop on Death: Backpack Only
All other settings are default.
