SFC Jeff Dawson has served as an EOD Technician in the U.S. Army for 12 years. He has worked in both conventional and Special Operations Forces (SOF) and has a total of 36 months deployed supporting combat operations. He is one of the most decorated EOD Techs EVER, being awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (the military's 2nd highest award), 2x Bronze Star Medals, and 2x Purple Hearts. Here, he gives us the "down to Earth" answers to frequently asked questions about what its like to be an EOD Tech in the Army.
