I love carrot cakes - i really actually love every kind of cake😊, but this one is especially good for these cold months where you just wanna cozy up with a blanket and your favorite hot drink and just have something warm and comforting to eat. This carrot cake is guaranteed to have your whole house smelling amazing 😍

Ingredients:

120 g plain yogurt
100 ml of sunflower oil
2 eggs
200 g flour
pinch of salt
90 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 g baking powder
50 g grated carrots
40 g cranberries

bake for 35-40 minutes at 180° C
26 x 9 cm baking pan
