Project Tornado - 1988 - "Reap the Whirlwind"

This was made with the co-operation of Environment Canada. This video was produced to show a "scenario" for local governments to take severe weather into account when planning. It used real meteorologists from Environment Canada (Toronto Weather Office and Ontario Weather Centre) as well as footage from the 1985 Grand Valley/Barrie outbreak and the Edmonton Tornado of 1987. The images they used were from the 1985 outbreak. This video was never made public...I only had a vhs copy of this to upload.
