Genesis - Birth of a Podcast

Here begins our journey together into furthering our knowledge and wisdom about well being. This episode covers my story and how I ended up here, creating a podcast. Moreover, we briefly cover some of the central concepts that will be foundational to our discussions moving forward such as alchemy, the state of modern science, what disease is and isn't, as well as the role of the body and psyche.
