"I own the sidewalk," court employee assaults me, then calls the cops on himself

Norwich Superior Court in Norwich CT. been an on going issue with them not parking right. this would have all been avoided if the police had showed uo and did their job any of the times before this. but I highly doubt it's these officer as making those calls, I'm sure it starts up top. but for the call of the guy going karen, besides the guy being able to do whatever he wanted when anyone else would have been detained in cuffs, I think they did ok. even though the ststaw trooper really tried to make me weigh my options, and I doubt he does that for everyone. all info will be here so if you feel some type of way let them know.
