In this episode of Mortal Kombat 1 Story Mode, we play as Mileena, the rightful heir to Queen Sindel's throne. However, Mileena suffers from the dreaded Tarkat disease, which gives her a monstrous appearance. Despite her condition, Mileena is a powerful warrior and a loyal friend to her allies.

In Chapter 12, Mileena and the rest of our heroes travel to Shang Tsung and Quan Chi's base to stop their evil plans. Along the way, Mileena must confront her own fears and insecurities, and learn to accept herself for who she is.
