The Novi Hilton Inn will reimburse customers after they paid

The hotel reached an agreement with Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel in court after it was alleged they violated the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. Customers complained they were given high rates when seeking a place to stay after the storm knocked out power to thousands of residents in southeast Michigan. The hotel denies any wrongdoing.
