Macrame and Clay Wall Hanging Tutorial

Looking for some new home decor ideas? Check out this easy macrame and polymer clay DIY wall hanging design! I just love the botanical imprint 😍😍

In this tutorial, I'll show you how I made this fun macrame art project. It was surprisingly simple!
If you're new to polymer clay, just follow the instructions on the packet for how to bake it. Different brands have different times and whatnot.

SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED //

▶︎ polymer clay: https://amzn.to/3I3tqYD - I used white and painted it, but you can use a color if you prefer
▶︎ acrylic paint: https://amzn.to/3QVAU3T - I used rose gold with a base coat of white
▶︎ paper towel to apply paint
▶︎ Xacto knife: https://amzn.to/3nnuq0b
▶︎ scrap macrame string: https://bit.ly/3ngAoxC - I used 3 mm and just random lengths depending on the look you're going for
▶︎ rolling pin for clay: https://amzn.to/3bxv4Wj
▶︎ round template for making the circular top part, I used a 7 1/4" metal ring as a guide
▶︎ straw or tube for cutting holes
