Romans 7:2
ב הָאִשָּׁה הַנְּשׂוּאָה קְשׁוּרָה לְבַעֲלָהּ עַל–יְדֵי הַתּוֹרָה כָּל עוֹד הוּא חַי, אַךְ אִם יָמוּת בַּעֲלָהּ פְּטוּרָה הִיא מֵחֹק הַתּוֹרָה הַקּוֹשֵׁר אוֹתָהּ לְבַעֲלָהּ.

Here in the book of Romans Paul explicitly mentions the Torah according to Romans 7:2. Paul taught the laws of marriage & divorce using the Torah from Devarim / Deuteronomy 24. The Torah has not passed away.
