Yes, it's throwback Thursday and we'll be taking a look at the Malaysia evening sky. We'll also be continuing the Juice Fast Chronicles, but the big story is in the gym.
Mind has been thinking that maybe we should consider doing some coaching. Coaching, or perhaps, consulting would be a better description. It is not training. I've neither the time nor patience to deal with schizophrenic wannabes. Whoever sincerely wants to make a change will act on my advice and succeed.
Anyway, we've done so many fitness and wellness experiments in the last three years, we could probably coach someone to success in about three years. Less than the time required to earn a martial arts black belt.
