Israeli authorities acknowledged the existence of a document from the country's Ministry of Intelligence in which the idea was proposed to resettle 2.3 million residents of the Gaza Strip in Egypt on the Sinai Peninsula, as more and more indicators appear that the Israeli government may be planning to act in exactly this way, evicting local residents from the Gaza Strip... However Egypt has totally rejected this idea.
