What About the Rape?

Why do pro-abortionists focus more on the baby produced by rape, rather than the rape itself? Shouldn't our attention be on stopping rapists, instead of killing the children? Also, just because a child was produced in violence, does not mean the child deserves a violent death. They are innocent, and loved by God, regardless of what unfortunate circumstance brought them to this earth.
