The biggest thing for the parasite cleanse isn’t cleansing parasites - that’s obviously part of it. It’s all the little changes that add up to making a massive shift in taking responsibility for your health and owning your shit. How you do anything is how you do everything and that includes your health.

I cleanse every six months and I’ll be cleansing again when our group cleanse comes up on January 2nd.
