'The Killer' Movie Review: David Fincher's First Action Film?

With The Killer, director David Fincher's dips his toe into action filmmaking, with this a hitman thriller punctuated by a terrific fight sequence that ranks up there with Fincher's most memorable moments. While probably more of a genre exercise than his best work, Fincher is clearly operating at a high level, with this also offering star Michael Fassbender a strong comeback role.
