The Rebel Collective: Episode #9 - Dan Willis - An Emissary of Off-World Technology

Dan Willis is one of the Top Secret Military Witnesses that testified at the National Press Club in Washington DC back in 2001 in front of the major mainstream media of the world.

A world disclosure event prompted by those within our government with legal constitutional authority being illegally denied access. This event was asking for a congressional hearing in order to bring forth the witness scientists within the unacknowledged special access projects in order to release the advanced technologies derived from extraterrestrial reverse engineering that have been hidden for over 70 years that could stop further damage to our planet, as well as acknowledging the extraterrestrial presence on our planet. Instead, the message was sanitized by a controlled mainstream media to the public.

After a congressional hearing was denied to bring forth these scientists, Dan spent 10 years meeting with various civilian scientists and inventors across the planet in an attempt to bring out an energy solution. Until the control structure that suppresses the release of these technologies has been dismantled, further efforts in this area have been abandoned.

Previously in the 1980s, Dan worked with IBM's top scientist Dr Marcel Vogel, in the science of interfacing consciousness with specially cut quartz crystals. Since the year 2022, the understanding of this science was greatly corroborated and expanded upon in being able to communicate with an off-planet scientist, Jen Han Eredyon from the planet Erra. These ongoing communications were facilitated through a quantum communication implant via Elena Danaan, who is the emissary for the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Jen Han Eredyon has delivered the technical construction plans to share with our world the technology they use on their planet in creating a Phryll Generator Crystal. This technology can be used for beneficial purposes for the people of our planet. Currently he is working with a team of scientists to further develop this gift from their world.
