Reliving Retro (Series XI) Ninja Gadien 3 [NES]

I've played this game when I was a kid and as an adult. Beat it as an adult few years back. This title, was the weakest of the three in my opinion. While it had improve game play, graphics, and sound effects the rest of the game falls short. Known for it's fantastic story telling, this one kinda dropped the ball.

The other negative feature was for the north american version there were limited continues, five to be exact. Whereas all the previous NG games had unlimited. There's a crazy code to get 99 continues but holy crap is it crazy! The Japan version release had unlimited continues AND a password system. So why they went with such a drastic change to the series is beyond me.

Still was a fun journey and interacting with chat though.
