New Rules Needed to Protect America? #news #shorts

In all the reaction to the pro-terrorist, horrifying and anti-Jewish activities on campuses. Someone reminded me the way back in 2006 I had given a speech at the Loeb First Amendment Award dinner in New Hampshire, which shocked people because I said, you know, with the rise in terrorism, we are going to have to think about new rules to prevent terrorism.

And people who are purist. On the first time I said, oh, you can't in any way restrict speech. But as I indicated in a recent column that I wrote, you can in fact, there are grounds under the Constitution for protecting America. And when you're dealing with people who are terrorists, people who are pro-terrorist, people who are helping terrorists, people who are advocating genocide, people who are advocating the destruction of an entire country.

There are tools you can use and you can, in fact, set standards and you can enforce those standards to protect America.
