DEBATE: Was Adam Johnson Murdered?

Police are investigating the incident that happened on Sunday night causing the death of American ice hockey player Adam Johnson. During the Challenge Cup game at the Sheffield Arena, player Matt Petgrave cut the neck of Adam Johnson. Adam briefly stood up, but he was bleeding heavily on the rink and collapsed again. Was this just a freak accident or murder?
