Frame Removed From Nix Film To Hide A Shot From The Front?

The JFK Theorist, who does credit DPUK as his source, recently posted an audio recording of Doug Mizer talking to Harry Livingstone about what he thinks is a frame having been removed from the Nix film in order to cover up a shot from the front. I think Mizer might have been on to something here.
