Ingredients:-

Egg large 1
Caster Sugar 80 gm - 1/2 cup
Vegitable Oil 80 ml - 1/3 cup
Milk 60 ml - 1/4 cup
Apricot jam 1 tbsp
All Purpose flour 200 gm - 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder 10 gm - 1 tbsp

Bake In Preheated Oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes
