Vladimir Putin officially declared war against LGBTQ and feminism by declaring traditional values to be the foundation of Russian society. The Kremlin has criminalized gender surgery as well as public affection amongst homosexual. Meanwhile Chinese leaders are encouraging women to stay at home and embrace traditional gender roles. To put it bluntly, an ideological war is brewing between Russia and the United States. Not all wars are ideological. Many are territorial or empire conquest. Ideological wars are by far the most brutal category. Let's hope my foreboding is wrong.
