The REAL difference between SPIRITUALITY and RELIGION

Very often spirituality is confused with religion, forgetting the true meaning of both. I made this video because I want to spread information on the topic of spirituality, and try to explain in simple words what the two differences are. Spirituality and religion revolve around two very distinct and different themes, on the one hand we have the theme of the soul; on the other, the theme of the divine. Believing in religion and therefore in a God doesn't exclude believing and also being spiritual. It is possible to be both or just one of the two, precisely because they are two different topics. The connection with the Universe is a theme that could perhaps concern both spirituality and religion, but they are treated differently both by those who practice them and by texts written over the years.
