If your optic goes down, just center your front sight in the window and keep shooting!
Well, yes and no. Some if that depends on your optic height. Get a super tall optic and you may not be able to see your irons at all! That may be ok too but the point is this. If you have a theory on how some of your gear works, why not test and prove your theory?
