5-6 Sweet Potatoes
2 Eggs
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup of softened butter
1/2 Cup Milk
Pinch of Salt

Topping
1 Cup Pecans (add more for more crunch)
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup A-P Flour
