JUDICIARY DRIVER STILL IN COURT: COURT ADDS ANOTHER COUNT OF GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION

Buganda road standards and wildlife court has dismissed an application of objection filed by Judiciarys driver Stanley Kisambira's lawyers challenging an amendment of the charge sheet with a second count of giving out false information.
Court in doing so said that their objection lacked merit thus giving prosecution a go ahead to amend the charge sheet.
